The stay on my last night of stay certainly was good value. I ate at a pleasant restaurant for dinner. The staff was accommodating, pleasant with every request.

In general the staff were polite and kind. There was a great selection of fab options for packed breakfast...

The location was hard to find, it's a pitty.

The room was bright with kitchenette and the staff was supper friendly.

We expected that there would be elevator, but we didn't find it.

Overall had very very good stay at roof attic room. The breakfast was included and had variety of meals.

Our stay here was real good, handy base for exploring Zurich. Easy check-in was a bonus.

The venue is typical, however it offers handy location and has extremely accommodating staff. As we remember, there's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Riviera, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was weak.

The hotel was clean and low-budget, had decent staff and cozy rooms. Booked a room on the lower floors. I truly enjoyed my breakfast experience, the venue served good food. Ideal location near X-Tra. My stay was very good here.

We loved the hotel, it was truly memorable and overall clean. Very very kind stuff & where more than helpful.

Tidy place with super breakfasts. Beds were big, people working there were incredibly hospitable. I booked a separate bedroom. You could walk to a supermarket and the shops. The hotel had a superb bar and a GOOD restaurant.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Breakfast was plentiful, bed was cozy, good area. Our room was light and had Wi-Fi, terrace and big windows. Super-friendly staff gave advice on things to do. Remote location, within walking distance of an independent art-house cinema.

the whole place was fairly clean, i thoroughly enjoyed it, and had okay staff and location.

Warm room, hotel in a top location. All in all it's clean place, they have really comfy beds...

The hotel itself was fancy and spotless with fine food and staff🙂

good choice for exploring zurich. their concierge rocks! it has a night bar.

Hotel was great priced. We enjoyed our coffee with goodies at xylo cafe bar.

There was no lift. Unfortunately, the street was noisy.

Planned to see Zurich major attractions and it was good home base for visiting all of them. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and refrigerator in our room was a big plus❤❤
